INFORMATION ON THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
Cà Maiol S.r.l. Società Agricola, in its capacity as proprietor of the treatment of your personal data, (hereinafter “Data Controller”), has issued this information document in compliance with the European and Italian regulations on the protection of personal data.
Purposes and legal basis for the treatment
The Data Controller processes the personal data communicated via this form only to answer the requests submitted, for example, in order to obtain information about products and services (including the sending of the brochure, catalogue and/or other company literature), receive a quotation, etc. Consequently, the consent is not required, as the processing of the data is necessary to respond to such inquiries.
Period of data retention
The data is treated for as long as necessary to reply and, as a rule, for no longer than three months since the last contact, except when retained for a longer period, if necessary for the settlement (however reached) of any disputes that may have arisen.
Nature of the provision of data and consequences in case of refusal
The provision of data is strictly related to the use of the contact form, and is accordingly necessary to forward the inquiry. Failure to communicate it results in the impossibility to provide the information requested.
Scope of data communication and categories of recipients
The Data Controller will not disclose the data, but may communicate it to company staff authorized to process it according to their respective tasks, as well as to other Group companies, professionals or service providers, as well as Agencies and private institutions, also in consequence of inspections and audits.
These recipients, if they treat data on behalf of the Data Controller, will be designated as data processors with a specific contract or other legal act.
Data transfer to a third country and/or an international organization
Personal data will not be transferred to non-European countries or international organizations.
Rights of the Interested Parties
The Interested Party is entitled to ask the Controller for access to his/her personal data and to correct it when inaccurate, to delete it or to limit its treatment under certain conditions, and to obtain the portability of the personally submitted data.
To exercise their rights, the Interested Parties can fill out the form available here and send it to the Data Controller at the following address: privacy@camaiol.it. The Interested Parties also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent oversight authority, the Authority for the protection of personal data (www.garanteprivacy.it).
