On Saturday 25th May starting from 7:30 pm, we invite you to a special evening dedicated to our wines and good cuisine. A dinner among the olive trees that sorround our winery. An unmissable menu matches with the excellence of our wine selection.

•      Risotto with asparagus tips, shrimp tails and lemon zest, paired with Lugana D.O.P. Molin 2017
•      Calamarata with clams, tomato confit and mullet bottarga, paired with Valtènesi Riviera del Garda Classico Chiaretto D.O.P. Roseri 2018
•       Sliced beef steak with aged balsamic vinegar spheres, potato gateau au gratin and mojito-flavoured songino salad, paired with Vino Rosso Negresco 2016
•      White chocolate mousse with berries, paired with Benaco Bresciano I.G.T. Passito Soldoré

In case of bad weather, the dinner will take place inside the winery showroom.
