Our Sebastian Brut Rosé is obtained from red grape varieties.
After the harvest, we carry out a soft pressing of the grapes followed by cryomaceration (a gentle maceration at a temperature of 4-5 °C, for about 24 hours). This is followed by vinification at a low temperature and then by a second fermentation of the wine in pressurized tanks for a few months. This allows us to obtain a sparkling wine with a broad bouquet of fresh but rich aromas, as well as vibrant fruit on the palate.
