This sparkling wine, expression of the highest effervescent experience of the company, is created from a selection of the best grapes early harvested, in order to obtain a must with higher acidity, while retaining a great potential of perfume during its fermentation.
The Metodo Classico wine is carbonised by the Company with Lugana Trebbiano grapes and reaches the vintage in the best harvests. It’s biscuity fragrance is well perceived due to its aging on the lees for at least 36 months.
