The life of our Molin Bio begins in the vineyard to grow in the bottle. This Wine comes from an isolated vineyard composed by 25 hectares, named Vigna Molin. The convertion process of those wine plants took 5 years.
The biological procedure, completly developed without any kind of chemical product, exalts to the maximun levels the main characteristic of Lugana wines: the minerality; originated from the unique terroir composed by clay and chalk.
Proud of the excellent quality of this new wine, we can say that Molin Biologico is the highest expression of biological philosophy applied to Lugana wines. Cà Maiol is, actually, one of the few Wineries producing Bio-Lugana.
