The wine of the day is Cà Maiol Brut Metodo Classico. The difference in the tasting process is made by qualified people, in this case, the person who turns fantasy into reality is Fabio Trezzi. Cà Maiol Brut Metodo Classico, a sparkling wine, is created from Lugana Trebbiano grapes, a selection of the best grapes early harvested, in order to obtain a must with higher acidity, while retaining a great potential of perfume during its fermentation. Its colour is straw yellow with a delicate effervescence of good quality while the clean bouquet offers hints of Williams pear, marjoram, yeast undertones and light balsamic nuances. Fresh and soft, light hints of fruit with a tart finish literally explode in your mouth.
